And, slowly, begin seeking alternative viewpoints.
Dare to imagine…
a world where you create your own path to recovery.
Find Your Village
And connect with people who make you sparkle!
Learn to Reframe Setbacks
As a chance to recalibrate, reassess, and rise even stronger.
Hard, but crucial!
Find your passions!
And then, attach mini goals to each passion.
Try to achieve something - no matter how small or seemingly insignificant - each day to put you closer to your goals.
Try the Kooky Stuff!!!
Tapping. Meditation. Essential oils. Really!! Who’s to say that they don’t work?
Travel Your Own Path
Recovery is not “one-size-fits-all”. I think you have to find out what works for you! The more you can educate yourself, the more you will know and the better equipped you will feel.
Self advocacy requires that you know who you are and where you want to go…
With this practice, I believe that we all can find our inner strength and voice to reach our next version of ourselves - our 2.0s.
