Although it feels very lonely, you are not alone. I know that you are used to taking care of, taking charge of, those around you.
I know that this role-reversal seems unfair. And it is.
Just know that it was your love and support that made the people around you strong and feel blessed by you.
I found thru my trials and tribulations, that creating roles & responsibilities for each member of my family helped tremendously. It is a lot of work, but at the end, it clarifies what each should do, or how they should behave. It’s also helpful to you to cultivate a safe space to grow.
It’s ok not to have it all figured out. There’s room.
To create boundaries can be simple.
